Reiki Level One In Level One Reiki you will learn the history of Reiki, the process of treatment for self, others, and animals. You will also receive attunements that will reactivate your ability to channel healing energy. This class is valued at $150. Usui Reiki is taught at reduced rates in order to make it more accessible to others. The class will contain lectures, time for meditation, hands-on experience, attunements and time for questions and answers. In addition, each student of A Step Forward is encouraged to attend the monthly Reiki Share/Clinic to continue gaining more experience and skills with their Reiki journey. This is an on going extension of their training program and provides continued mentorship and follow-up with each student. Upon completion of the class you will receive a certificate and Reiki Notebook and you will be able and qualified to give Reiki treatments to yourself, others and pets. $95 effective June 2011 |

Reiki One Teleclass Take Reiki From The Comfort Of Your Home This class is offered on-going throughout the year. All we need is are three people interested in taking the Teleclass and we will schedule a time to run the course. If this interest you call or email and we will let you know when the next one will be running. Having problems fitting the time to take a class into your schedule? Take Reiki in the evening from your home! You only have to come for one section of the class when we do the "hands on" treatments and attunements. See more information below. Note: If you are unable to travel to the Reiki Clinic to receive an attunement or attend the Clinic to participate in learning "Hands On Treatments" - contact us, as there may be alternative arrangements we can work out to accommodate your situation. All you need is a phone. No computer is necessary. Classes are recorded every evening so that if you miss a session you will be sent the link to listen in the next day or when you have availability. The lecture part of Reiki and academic information will be shared during the Teleclass portion. Students taking this course will still have to come to A Step Forward to receive Attunements and participate in giving and receiving Reiki Treatments. When you register for this class you will be receive a handbook for the course. The "hands on" learning part of the class will be conducting the day of the next monthly Reiki Clinic whenever the month you take your class. Animals Reiki Teleclass Next Class Starts Sundays: 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. EST 4 Sundays in a Row January 22, 29th, Feb. 5 and 12, 2012 Class in progress at this time. Prerequisite: For students who have a least Level One Reiki
For Students who have completed at least Reiki One Certification and are interested in receiving more in-depth information on how to apply energy healing with our beloved animal healers. They heal us. Learn how we can use our energy work to give this back to them with greater skill.
Have you tried to use Reiki with your animals and have limited success and wondered why they have reacted in certain ways?
Would you like to volunteer at Shelters and expand your healing services or just be more effective in giving Reiki to your animals at home?
You will be given lesson each week. At the end of each lesson there will be a suggested "Reiki Session" for you to practice with an animal. If you choose to do these, it will help you develop your skills and understanding of how Reiki can heal animals and how they respond to Reiki treatments. We we will spend time discussing and sharing information each week. $80 This is a 4 week course offered:

Reiki Level Two In Level Two Reiki you will learn Reiki Symbols, you will learn to send Reiki from a distance, intensify your healing energies and harmonize your system to help with emotional healing. You will also receive an additional attunement. Upon completion of the class your will receive a certificate and Reiki notebook. This class is valued at $250. Usui Reiki is taught at reduced rates in order to make it more accessible to others. The class will contain lectures, time for meditation, hands-on experience, an attunement and time for questions and answers. Karuna Reiki® Masters Training Private Sessions can be scheduled at any time. Call for more information Karuna is a Sanskrit word. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others – “Compassionate Action.” Karuna is life transforming and filled with divine love. It is the Next Step in the Journey for Reiki Masters
Karuna Reiki® opens practitioners up to work even more closely with enlighten beings. It works on both the emotional and spiritual levels and can help one become more grounded. It is very common for those who receive Karuna Reiki® Attunements to experience more direct contact with their Spirit Guides, Angels, their higher self and the healing presence of other enlightened beings. During the class, students also learn chanting and toning techniques that they can add during treatments.
The training is available for anyone who has had Reiki Master Training. Additional Attunements and the use of additional symbols provide yet another level of powerful vibrational healing. It is a natural progression to take Karuna Reiki® after one has practiced as A Reiki Master for at least six months. As we become more committed to healing others, ourselves and global healing, we find that Karuna and other extensions of love and compassionate ways appear in our lives and offer us additional tools for spiritual evolution. It fills one up with compassion for self and others and promotes balance and well being.
This will be a small, class so that we can have individualized attention for each student and finish the training in two days. Limited space is available and advanced registration is necessary. $550 includes: 65 page Manual from the International Center for Reiki Training, additional training handouts and materials in packet, and an official Karuna Reiki Master Certificate.
